Current market conditions show us that the market has rebounded in the towns with strong school systems and are close in to Boston. Over the last 18 months, the market in these towns has stabilized and we are now experiencing lots of demand for homes that are priced well and appeal to 80% of the buyer pool. When priced at market value, we see many examples of competing offer situations as can be evidenced when reviewing homes in the 'Home Sales' statistics. Data to be found here includes list price, sold price, days on market. Strong towns will show many homes with a sold price being over asking price and the Days on Market being low.
